At Crooked Media, I helped lead content production, publishing, and distribution across multiple social platforms, generating 385 million impressions, 57.1 million engagements, and audience growth of 1.2 million. I managed end-to-end publishing workflows, ensuring timely rollout of podcast clips, episode promotions, and campaign-related content across channels, while collaborating closely with editorial and production teams to support copywriting and editing for social-first storytelling.
I curated high-performing podcast moments into short-form clips optimized for platform-specific engagement and developed strategic community management frameworks that strengthened audience interaction and consistency of voice across accounts. I also launched a user-generated content program that increased merchandise revenue per post, demonstrating the value of community participation in conversion-focused campaigns.
Together, these efforts contributed to the organization receiving one Webby Awards honor in 2024 and two additional Webbys in 2025 for Social Public Service and Activism, recognizing the effectiveness of our digital publishing strategy and audience engagement approach.
