I led monthly social media strategy and analytics for Great Lakes Coffee Roastery, managing the brand’s content calendar to promote new product launches, highlight core menu offerings, and strengthen community engagement across platforms.

Through performance analysis, I identified that audiences responded especially well to lifestyle photography and imagery featuring coffee beans, which helped reinforce both the craft and everyday experience of the brand; these insights became a consistent visual direction within the content strategy. I also supported ongoing community management by engaging with customer comments and messages and maintaining a warm, approachable brand voice aligned with the shop’s neighborhood presence.

By combining product storytelling with lifestyle-driven visuals and analytics-informed optimization, I helped maintain a cohesive and engaging social presence that supported both brand awareness and customer connection.
