I led monthly social media strategy and analytics for a Saladworks franchise, managing the brand’s content calendar to promote new menu items, highlight core offerings, and emphasize the highly customizable nature of the restaurant’s salads.

Through performance analysis, I identified that audiences responded especially well to video content featuring store team members, which helped humanize the brand and strengthen local community connection; this insight became a consistent element of the content strategy. I also supported ongoing community management by engaging with customer comments and messages, reinforcing a friendly, neighborhood-focused brand voice while ensuring consistent, on-brand communication.

By combining product-focused storytelling with employee-driven content and analytics-informed optimization, I helped maintain an engaging and locally relevant social presence that supported both awareness and in-store interest.
